Cancellation Policy

Registration: All forms included in the signup must be completed before the student begins lessons. When registering for a private lesson, please allow at least 24 hours to receive a confirmation email about your registration. If required to purchase any books for a class, please have them by the opening session or communicate with Rebekah McClusky if unable to do so. Payment: Either the entire amount OR the first of weekly/monthly payments are due for a course by the first day of classes for the semester. Lessons missed that are already paid for are NOT refunded. FOR PRIVATE LESSONS: Makeup lessons can be arranged for private lessons, limit to three free makeups per semester. FOR GROUP COURSES: If a student chooses to drop a group course within the first two weeks of classes, the student may transfer to another class and the cost of the course MUST be paid in full in order for that amount to be put towards another course or private lesson. If cancelling after the two week mark, the course MUST be paid in full and a transfer of those funds to another course or private lesson is not optional. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hour notice if not canceling a session for emergency purposes. The full amount for lessons due on the day that is missed will still be charged if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. An email will be sent out in the rare event that Rebekah McClusky needs to cancel sessions. Agreement: By registering your student, you acknowledge that your child will be entering a Christian environment that is devoted to not only teaching music, but also to openly sharing the love of Jesus Christ, standing true to the Word of God, and giving glory to Him.
